"UPDATED REVIEW: I do NOT recommend this agency! DO NOT USE THEM. Originally I was working with an agent named Ariel. We were buying a house and needed full roof coverage. She sent us a quote for home and auto bundle. When we were finally ready to sign, she was no longer with the agency and we were transferred to Meredith. He was very friendly and helpful, but once the binder was sent to us on May 3rd, we realized that we did NOT, in fact, receive full roof coverage as promised. May 3rd was a Saturday and we had an insurance deadline of Monday to procure the insurance. I immediately wrote an email to the agent, Mike Johnson, and the account manager, Meredith. They did not respond, so I had to go with another insurance. On May 5th, I spoke to Meredith and he cancelled my policy and ensured a refund. On May 6, I received an email that our car beacons for safe driving were being mailed, indicating to me that the policy had NOT been cancelled. I reached out again and was assured it was going to be cancelled and I would be contacted about a refund. It is now June 3rd, a MONTH after cancelling, and I STILL NOT RECEIVED THE $1400. I called Meredith on June 3rd at 12PM and he said it looked like it was still in "underwriting" and did not appear to be fully cancelled. He told me he would call me back in 1 hour, at 1PM CST. It is now 6PM CST and, you guessed it, I never received a call. In all of our communications, I have included Mike Johnson, the agent, whose face is plastered at the bottom of every email. He has NEVER communicated to me in the several grievances I've had. He has never apologized or reached out to ensure I have been taken care of. Meredith is a lovely human and very nice to speak to, but this agency is extremely inefficient and Mike Johnson does not seem to care about clients being taken care of."

"I am beyond frustrated with this location. There’s so much I could say, but here are just a few examples of what I’ve been dealing with: In 2023, I switched from a yearly to a quarterly life insurance policy. The office told me I needed to make a payment to adjust the billing cycle—so I did. Later, after speaking with the life insurance team directly, I was told the office gave me the wrong amount. As a result, I ended up making a double payment. To make matters worse, that payment was incorrectly applied to a loan—something I never authorized or agreed to. Ever since then, my policy has never been the same. No one apologized. No one took accountability. Still, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and began the process of switching my wife and I to a term policy. I worked with Will on this and repeatedly asked if I needed to make a payment to keep my universal policy active during the transition. I called over and over, and never received a call back or told the SAME thing he's on the phone and will call you back. Just now, I spoke with the life insurance team again and was told I am currently NOT insured. Why? Because the office gave me false information, and my universal policy has lapsed. That means, if something had happened to me, there would be no payout for my family. That’s not just frustrating—it’s devastating. This entire process has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to be patient. I’ve tried to trust the process. I even called Will’s personal cell (which goes straight to voicemail) and the office—no response. How is this legal? How is this acceptable? “Support your own” has cost me—again. And I won’t make that mistake anymore. This truly hurts me to write this, however I must be truthful. I HAVE RECEIPTS."
